I would thoroughly recommend Dr Arshad @ the Hair Dr and his team. They have done an astonishing job that I thought was unachievable and exceeded my expectations. After the procedure, Dr Arshad explained the aftercare requirements in detail. I was then given a comprehensive aftercare package with an easy-to-follow video and checklist.
Dr Arshad was amazing. He went into great detail about the procedure and what to expect, explaining the best way to achieve optimal results from both his side and my aftercare routine. The aftercare was very well provided, including a clear step-by-step chart for the 7 days following the procedure. All the staff were incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable throughout the day. I’m happy with the results so far and now waiting for the initial growth over the coming months.
I had wanted to undergo this procedure for quite some time, but finding the right clinic was not easy. After my 11-hour day yesterday and previous consultations with the highly professional and knowledgeable Dr Arshad, I know I made the right decision choosing this team. All of our procedures are led and carried out by specialist surgeons.
You’ll work with a surgeon all the way from the initial consultation, through the hairline design, donor site planning, to the surgical procedure. We only use qualified, experienced surgical assistants who work with the surgeon to ensure the highest standard of graft care and placement during the procedure.
Your aftercare will be led by our post-operative management team, with additional guidance from the surgeon when needed.

Information
There are many things that can cause hair loss in both men and women. For instance, about 3-4 months after being ill or having major surgery, it’s not uncommon to lose hair in large amounts. Hormonal issues can also lead to hair loss. Some people may have problems with their thyroid being overactive or underactive; either way, the result can be hair loss. However, correct hormone levels can stop hair loss.
In addition, women may lose their hair about 3 months or so after having a baby. This loss is also hormone related. Once the hormones are balanced out again, the natural cycle of growth and loss restarts, usually resulting in hair growing back again.
Medications may also cause hair loss. This issue can improve once you stop taking the medications. Medicines that may cause hair loss include blood thinners, medications used to treat gout, drugs used in chemotherapy, Vitamin A (if taken in large doses), birth control pills, and antidepressants.
Fungal infections of the scalp can cause hair loss; however, once the infection has been treated, hair usually grows back in again.
